How to Post
For Poster Presenters: Nursing Excellence Resource Poster Requirements
Our intent is to make it as easy as possible for you to present your information to the nursing community. If you are generating a new poster, please use the same guidelines you would use for creating a poster for a conference or meeting.

Format
In addition to providing your email and nursing license number, you will be asked to complete a form with the following information about your poster:
- Poster Title
- Organization or Hospital
- Author Names, credentials, titles and organizations of research participants
- Summary of research
- Categories (e.g. Pediatrics, Cardiology, Patient Care Services, etc.)
- Specific Keywords (e.g. patient falls, critical care, fatigue, etc.)
- References (optional)
- Contact Information (at-least one point of contact will be display with poster)
- Poster: Your poster must be saved in .pdf or .jpg format to be uploaded. The maximum file size is 2MB.
After Submission
After the form is submitted, a team member will be notified and your submission will need to be reviewed. If approved, your poster will display in 3-5 business days. We may reach out to you should we have any additional questions or concerns.
Approvals
Please note that you must have the approval of your Director or Chief Nursing Officer to upload your poster.
